As a principal with the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership, Adam leads statewide initiatives that strengthen executive capability, system reform, and organisational excellence. A former College Principal, he has guided large public organisations through renewal — reshaping governance, culture, and strategic alignment to deliver measurable outcomes for students, staff, and communities.
Adam is an Adjunct Senior Practitioner with Federation University, providing high level advice as a subject matter expert on education and leadership. This includes strategy and policy advice, guest lecturing, research support and degree program content reviews.

Adam also serves as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Gippsland Emergency Relief Fund, where he provides stewardship of multi-million-dollar financial portfolios, transparent governance, and high-impact community partnerships.
